Our Pembridge boot is a taller take on the classic equestrian-style Chelsea design, crafted from smooth leather. Underfoot padding offers comfort throughout the day with a pull tab and elasticated panels for ease getting on and off. A core part of your autumn/winter uniform.

  • Order by 5 pm to receive your delivery the next day. If placed on a Saturday/Sunday, orders will not arrive until Tuesday or Wednesday if a Bank Holiday is present.

Returns & Exchanges:

Items must be returned/exchanged within 28 days of receipt of your order, 14 days for sale items from the day of purchase, provided you return them in an unused condition, together with proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings, underwear, swimwear or toiletries for hygiene reasons. Faulty goods may be returned within a reasonable period of time. Returns Handling Fee:

From mid-December 2025, a £2.95 handling fee will apply to any returns sent back to us. This fee covers the costs of quality inspection, repackaging, and restocking. Orders placed before or after this date will incur this charge. You can still return unwanted items to our boutiques or request an online exchange where your new item(s) will be sent out for FREE.
