Sale items can be returned within 14 days from the day of purchase, provided you return them in an unused condition, together with proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns on earrings, underwear, swimwear or toiletries for hygiene reasons. Faulty goods may be returned within a reasonable period of time.
All items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, not modified in anyway, and with all accessories e.g. belts, and in the original packaging with all Jigsaw garment tags and labels attached.
We are unable to accept returns on earrings, and underwear for hygiene reasons and Gift Cards.

If you prefer to return your online/click and collect purchase to one of our boutiques, our store teams will submit a refund request to our returns team on your behalf. Yes, absolutely. You can either grab your parcel and run, or you can make the most of our stores and use the changing rooms to try on any items.
You can then return or exchange items in store. Please note we will no longer accept PayPal or Klarna returns in store. You can however use our free returns options to return your order via the post for a full refund back to these payment methods.
Yes but you'll need to contact the store first to provide their full name and ensure they bring along the order confirmation (printed or in an electronic version) along with their own ID.
