Returns

UK Returns Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return any item(s), the return is free of charge.

Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order. 14 days for sale items from the day of purchase. 

All items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all accessories e.g. belts, and in the original packaging with all Jigsaw garment tags and labels attached. 

We are unable to accept returns on earrings, underwear for hygiene reasons. Faulty goods may be returned with a reasonable time period. Please note we do not refund postage charges for online orders. 

Please ensure you use the email address that was used to place your order. 

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of the item's arrival at our warehouse (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends). Parcels typically take 48 hours to reach us. 

Keep your proof of postage until you receive a confirmation email that your refund has been processed.

How to return an instore UK purchase or Click and Collect order

Please bring your proof of purchase, this can be your despatch note or returns form, which you can find enclosed with your original order. We will process your refund back to the original payment method used. Kindly note that we are unable to accept PayPal and Klarna returns in store.

Please note that they are unable to accept returns for items purchased from John Lewis.

How to return a UK Click and Collect order.

You can either grab your parcel and run, or you can make the most of our store changing rooms to try on any items before you decide to return any unwanted items.

You can then return or exchange the items in store. We will no longer accept PayPal, Amazon Pay or Klarna returns in store, you can however use our free returns options to return your order via the post for a full refund back to these payment methods.

How to return an international order.

Your return is Free so all you need is your pre-paid label to return your parcel. Please note that you will need a printer.

How do I return an order from Jigsaw Forever? (UK only)

Full price items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase. Sale/Promotional items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days. You will need your proof of purchase in order to obtain both.

When will my order arrive in store?

Within 3- 5 working days. If you have not recieved an email of its arrival,please call the store.

How will I know when to pick up my click and collect order?

You will receive an automated email or a call from the store once your order has arrived to let you know it is ready to collect.

If you have not been contacted by a store within the stated delivery time, please contact the relevant store to check if your parcel has been delivered, this is the quickest way rather than contacting customer care.

How much does a click and collect order cost?

Click and Collect orders are sent free of charge.

Can I try on, return or exchange items in store?

Yes, absolutely. You can either grab your parcel and run, or you can make the most of our stores and use the changing rooms to try on any items.

Can I send someone else to collect my order for me?

Yes but you'll need to contact the store first to provide their full name and ensure they bring along the order confirmation (printed or in an electronic version) along with their own ID.

What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?

If you paid with a debit or credit card, you need to bring along the order confirmation (printed or in an electronic form) and the card you made payment with.

If you paid using PayPal, you need to bring along the order confirmation (printed or in an electronic form).

How long do I have to collect my order?

When you use the Click & Collect service, your order will be held in-store for 14 days.

If your order is not collected within this time we will refund the card holder and the order will no longer be available to collect, please allow 10 working days for your refund to be processed and to appear within your account.  

Can I collect an order from John Lewis concession?

We're sorry to say that you can only collect Click and Collect orders from Jigsaw stores, not concessions.
