Returns & Exchanges

Online Exchanges UK

We’re delighted to now offer online exchanges for our UK customers.

You can select a different size or even add new items to your cart during the exchange process.

There are no postage fees for your exchange. Please ensure your original item(s) are returned to us within 24–48 hours to secure the availability of your selected exchange items. Delays may result in your exchange being cancelled due to stock availability, as your new item(s) will not be dispatched until we receive your original unwanted purchase.

Once we receive your return, a new order will be created, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your updated order details. Your new item(s) will be delivered within 3–5 working days via our standard delivery service. Please note, next-day delivery is not available for exchange orders, as your postage is free. If you are purchasing a higher value, you will receive an email to pay the additional funds when your original item(s) arrive back with us.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged, and we do not offer exchanges or refunds on gift card purchases.

How to return your UK order

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return any item(s), the return is free of charge.

Refunds will be processed on the 14th working day of the item's arrival at our warehouse (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends). Parcels typically take 48 hours to reach us. You can confirm whether your return has arrived by click here: Customer Dashboard

Please ensure you use the email address that was used to place your order. If you choose to return your items by an alternate shipping service, your postage costs are non-refundable.

From mid-December 2025, a £2.95 handling fee will apply to any returns sent back to our warehouse.
This fee covers the costs of quality inspection, repackaging, and restocking.

Refund Policy / Christmas Extended Returns Policy

 

Full-priced items purchased between 13th October 2025 and 28th December 2025 may be returned for a refund until Sunday,11th January 2026, or within 28 days of receipt, whichever is later. Items purchased during our sale period may be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

We are unable to accept returns on earrings, underwear, swimwear or toiletries for hygiene reasons. Faulty goods may be returned within a reasonable period of time.

All items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, not modified in anyway, and with all accessories e.g. belts, and in the original packaging with all Jigsaw garment tags and labels attached.

We are unable to accept returns on earrings, and underwear for hygiene reasons. Faulty goods may be returned within a reasonable period. Please note we do not refund postage charges if you change your mind as we offer free returns.

Keep your proof of postage until you receive a confirmation email that your refund has been processed.

 

Handling Fee for Returns

How to return an instore UK purchase or Click and Collect order

Please bring your proof of purchase, this can be your despatch note or returns form, which you can find enclosed with your original order. We will process your refund back to the original payment method used. Kindly note that we are unable to accept PayPal and Klarna returns in store.

Please note that they are unable to accept returns for items purchased from John Lewis and Marks and Spencer.

How to return an international order.

You will need your email address and order number to hand which ends with JIG:  

Your return is FREE so all you need is your pre-paid label to return your parcel. Please note that you will need a printer.

If you wish to return your unwanted item(s) you will still need to pay for the cost of the tax to have your parcel delivered.

When will my order arrive in store?

Within 3- 5 working days. If you have not recieved an email of its arrival,please call the store.

How will I know when to pick up my click and collect order?

You will receive an automated email or a call from the store once your order has arrived to let you know it is ready to collect.

Can I try on, return or exchange items in store?

Yes, absolutely. You can either grab your parcel and run, or you can make the most of our stores and use the changing rooms to try on any items.

You can then return or exchange items in store. Please note we will no longer accept PayPal or Klarna returns in store. You can however use our free returns options to return your order via the post for a full refund back to these payment methods.

Can I send someone else to collect my order for me?

Yes but you'll need to contact the store first to provide their full name and ensure they bring along the order confirmation (printed or in an electronic version) along with their own ID.

What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?

If you paid with a debit or credit card, you need to bring along the order confirmation (printed or in an electronic form) and the card you made payment with.

If you paid using PayPal, you need to bring along the order confirmation (printed or in an electronic form).

How long do I have to collect my order?

When you use the Click & Collect service, your order will be held in-store for 14 days.

If your order is not collected within this time we will refund the card holder and the order will no longer be available to collect. ,
