Simply choose your favourite Jigsaw pieces, select your preferred time and place, and decide what you'd like to keep - Harper will take care of the rest.

How it works


1. You choose, harper delivers

Place your order and book a delivery time that suits you. You won’t be charged in advance so you can order multiple sizes if you’re unsure of the best fit.


2. You try and decide

Delivery will be made to your home at your specified time. Try on in comfort and mix and match with favourite pieces from your wardrobe. A Harper Style Concierge can stay for styling advice, or return after 40 minutes.


3. You pay, Harper takeS away

Just pay for the pieces that you want to keep on a mobile card reader and Harper will take care of your returns for you.


Book your appointment

Add any items you would like to try to your bag. When you’re happy with your selection, simply choose ‘In Greater London? Try at Home with Harper’ before you checkout.

How does Harper work?

Harper offers a try before you buy service. After placing your order online, choose a 1-hour delivery slot (9am-9pm weekdays, 10am-6pm weekends) for an expert Style Concierge to drop off your items.

Try on your chosen pieces with other items from your wardrobe in the comfort of your own home and return any unwanted items to your Style Concierge. You will only pay for the items that you choose to keep.

Does Harper deliver to my area?

Harper currently serves all 32 London boroughs and will be announcing further locations in the near future.

Can I amend or cancel my appointment?

Please contact Harper directly to cancel or amend your appointment by emailing service@harperconcierge.com or calling 0333 939 8123.

Who will deliver my order?

A Harper Style Concierge will deliver your order and can offer styling advice or guidance on sizes. If privacy is preferred the Style Concierge can simply drop the pieces with you, then return up to 40 minutes later to take your payment and any unwanted items away.

How many items can I try on?

There is no order limit. We encourage you to order as many items as you like to ensure you find the pieces that you love.

How do I return an item bought with Harper?

During your appointment, you have up to 40 minutes to decide if you would like to purchase any of your selected item(s). Should you need to return any items after this time, please visit our delivery and returns page: Delivery & Returns – Jigsaw (jigsaw-online.com)

Can I get my pieces the next day?

Yes, Harper offers this service if you order before 12pm, excluding Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, where the first delivery slot will be available on the following Monday.

How do I pay?

You only pay once you have decided what you would like to keep. Your Style Concierge will carry a mobile card reader, allowing them to take payment at the end of your appointment. The reader accepts all card types.
