How to return your UK order
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return any item(s), the return is free of charge.
You maybe offered a Instant Refund service. To utilise this, please ensure you have your bank account details ready. Your funds will be immediately refunded to your bank account, and you will have 3 days to return the item(s) to us. This service is dependant on Reveni's T&Cs.
Not used the Instant option? Refunds will be processed on the 14th working day of the item's arrival at our warehouse (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends). Parcels typically take 48 hours to reach us.

Please ensure you use the email address that was used to place your order. If you choose to return your items by an alternate shipping service, your postage costs are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order. 14 days for sale items from the day of purchase.
Sale items can be returned within 14 days from the day of purchase, provided you return them in an unused condition, together with proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns on earrings, underwear, swimwear or toiletries for hygiene reasons. Faulty goods may be returned within a reasonable period of time.
All items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, not modified in anyway, and with all accessories e.g. belts, and in the original packaging with all Jigsaw garment tags and labels attached.
We are unable to accept returns on earrings, and underwear for hygiene reasons. Faulty goods may be returned within a reasonable period. Please note we do not refund postage charges if you change your mind as we offer free returns.
Keep your proof of postage until you receive a confirmation email that your refund has been processed.
