How to measure yourself

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Shoulder

Measure from shoulder tip to shoulder tip across the back.
Waist

The natural waist is found by measuring the slimmest part of the waist.
Sleeve

Measure from shoulder tip to cuff, with a gentle bend in the arm.
Hip

Measure around the fullest part of your hip, normally 25cm below the natural waistline.
Trouser rise

Measure from your natural waist (centre front), going through your legs to your natural waistline at centre back.
Inside leg

Measure from top of inside leg at crotch to ankle bone.
