Returns & Exchanges:

Items must be returned/exchanged within 28 days of receipt of your order, 14 days for sale items from the day of purchase, provided you return them in an unused condition, together with proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings, underwear, swimwear or toiletries for hygiene reasons. Faulty goods may be returned within a reasonable period of time. Returns Handling Fee:

From mid-December 2025, a £2.95 handling fee will apply to any returns sent back to us. This fee covers the costs of quality inspection, repackaging, and restocking. Orders placed before or after this date will incur this charge. You can still return unwanted items to our boutiques or request an online exchange where your new item(s) will be sent out for FREE.
