As our stores start to reopen we’d like to update you on how we’re thinking about the safety of our staff and customers who visit us.
Here are the measures we’ve put in place:
Providing our store teams with masks. We will also have masks for sale where all proceeds will be donated to a charitable cause.
The use of fitting rooms will be limited to ensure social distancing and to follow the recommended safety guidelines.
Cleaning and disinfecting frequently. Especially in high-touch areas like our doors, till points and card readers.
Limiting the number of customers allowed in our stores at any one time to allow for social distancing.
We will be accepting orders over the phone that can be picked up at the door.
Offering 1:1 Personal shopping appointments – in person or by telephone.
We will provide hand sanitiser for all staff and customers at the door and till points.
We will be operating on reduced opening hours, but will continue to update our website with opening hours.
Our website will remain open 24/7, 7 days a week.
