Why have I received a reward voucher?
• 'The Collector' is a new loyalty programme and our way of thanking you for being a loyal customer to Jigsaw. The more you shop with us, the more vouchers you can earn
• As you have spent €100 or more after returns and have an email address with us, you have automatically enrolled into our loyalty programme and can start receiving vouchers
How was my voucher calculated?
• Loyalty is rewarded so that for every €100 spend after returns, you will receive a €10 voucher to spend at Jigsaw.
• Spend is based on the purchases you made over a recent 3-month period.
• For your September voucher, spend is calculated on April, June and July purchases. If you were part of our trial, March spend will also be included on a one-off basis
• Vouchers are sent in €10 increments, so you have spent €240 in the period, you will receive €20
How often will I receive a voucher?
• We plan to drop vouchers four times a year
• Currently this is scheduled for September, December, March and June. While this is subject to change, any changes will be communicated to Collectors.
How can I use my reward voucher?
• Reward vouchers can be used in-store or online
• Reward vouchers can be used on any full price purchases
• They cannot be used with other discount codes or when purchasing gift cards, repair re-wear, Harper or our in-house alteration service.
How can I use my voucher in-store?
• If you are shopping in-store, simply show your reward voucher to the sales associate and share the email address that the voucher was sent to
How can I use my voucher online?
• You can input the voucher code into the checkout page where it states to enter a gift card or promotion code
• Only one voucher can be used per purchase.
• You will need to use the same email address every time you make a purchase, and you will also need to be logged in to your account.

Can I use multiple reward vouchers for one transaction?
• No, only one reward voucher can be used per transaction
When will my reward voucher expire?
• Reward vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue
• If the expiry date looms and you haven't used yet used your voucher, we'll send you a reminder
