Cancellation Policy

In accordance with The Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 28 days after you receive your goods. We are unable to amend or cancel your order prior to dispatch. The term "cancellation" only applies if the whole order is returned. Please reach out to customer sevices if you wish to cancel your order.


Once you informed us of your decision to cancel your order, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 28 days after you received your items to the below address:

If you paid for the delivery of your order, we will refund the standard postage costs you paid as part of that order by the same method of payment you used for the original transaction. If you paid for next day or express delivery for your order, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery; or if your order qualified for a free standard delivery, there will be no charge and therefore no refund of postage due as a result of the cancellation.

Please be advised that you are required to take reasonable care of the goods before returning them to us as we may make a deduction from the total reimbursements in the event of loss in value of the goods, as a result of unnecessary handling by you. All labels must be attached and no sign or wear.

We will process your cancellation within 28 days after we have received your cancelled order. You will be informed of your refund by a confirmation email once its processed.
