How it works:
Place your order and book a delivery time that suits. You won't be charged in advance so order multiple sizes if you're unsure of the best fit.
Delivery will be made to your home at your specified time. Try on in comfort and mix and match with favourite pieces from your wardrobe. We can stay for styling advice, or return after 40 minutes.
Just pay for the pieces that you want to keep on our mobile card reader and we will take care of your returns for you.
Add the pieces you love to your bag. Select ‘Try at Home with Harper’ in your shopping bag.
3-5 working days - Dispatched *Monday to Friday only and orders are not dispatched on Bank Holidays

Order by 9pm to recieve your delivery for next day.
Next day orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not arrive until the following Tuesday or Wednesday if placed on a Bank Holiday. Postcode restrictions may apply, please see below:

We hope your are happy with your purchase, however if you decide to return any item(s) its free.
Please have your bank account details to hand as we recommend using our instant refund service.
Your refund will instantly be credited to your bank account. (Please note that the refund will not go to your original payment method and if paid with Klarna or gift card, you will not be able to use the instant service)
You will have 3 days to post your item(s) back to us (Please do not take your items back to a store)
You will receive further instructions with a QR code to take to the post office, where they will print your label on site and attach to your parcel.
We also offer a collection from your home. Royal Mail will bring the label to you, at a cost of £1.99. (The cost will be deducted from your refund amount)

Please bring your proof of purchase, this can be your despatch note or returns form, which you can find enclosed with your original order. We will process your refund back to the original payment method used. Kindly note that we are unable to accept PayPal and Klarna returns in store.

You can either grab your parcel and run, or you can make the most of our store changing rooms to try on any items before you decide to return any unwanted items.

Your return is FREE so all you need is your pre-paid label to return your parcel. Please note that you will need a printer.

Full price items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase. Sale/Promotional items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days. You will need your proof of purchase in order to obtain both.
28 days for full price items and 14 days for sale items from the day of purchase,
provided you return them in an unused condition, together with proof of purchase.
We are unable to accept returns on earrings,underwear for hygiene reasons. Faulty goods may be returned with a reasonable time period. Please note we do not refund postage charges for online orders.

Yes but you'll need to contact the store first to provide their full name and ensure they bring along the order confirmation (printed or in an electronic version) along with their own ID.
If you paid with a debit or credit card, you need to bring along the order confirmation (printed or in an electronic form) and the card you made payment with.
If you paid using PayPal, you need to bring along the order confirmation (printed or in an electronic form).
When you use the Click & Collect service, your order will be held in-store for 14 days.
If your order is not collected within this time we will refund the card holder and the order will no longer be available to collect, please allow 10 working days for your refund to be processed and to appear within your account.
We're sorry to say that you can only collect Click and Collect orders from Jigsaw stores, not concessions.
