Cotton Care Guide
Rule 1
Cleaning
Wash cotton in cool water to protect colour and preserve its natural softness, keeping similar colours together to avoid dye transfer.
Rule 2
Drying
Tumble dry on a low setting, or line dry, to help the garment keep its shape wear after wear.
Rule 3
Care
Iron on a cool setting if needed, though cotton only softens further with every wash, so a crisp finish isn’t always the goal.
Rule 4
Storing
Fold knitted cotton pieces to prevent stretching at the shoulders, and hang woven cotton shirts to keep creasing to a minimum.
