The buttons are scratched on my coat. You
should have an OK option. I would not say the coat is poor
but it is not good either that the quality of the buttons is
not as it should be. This is a sale item not second.

Love my coat. The colour and the material are
beautiful. The finish both outside and inside is excellent.
The price is fabulous.

The coat is lovely but unfortunately all the
buttons were loose and I had to get them sewn back on.

I am sorry that you received the coat with loose
buttons. All items are checked before we send them out to
customers. It seems that this did not happen on this
occasion. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we

A lovely coat - great that the collar is
detachable. However, very sadly will have to return as the
fit was not quite right - I'm on a diet and should have
gone for a smaller size! Shame as great value, especially
at sale price.

I saw this coat whilst shopping but they did
not have in my size so I bought it on line. This coat is now
a firm favourite of mine! The colour is really flattering.

All explained above. Rang up customer service
they had 2 sent to my nearest branch, 22 miles away. So I
then have to drive there, both coats had loose buttons - the
one i took just had one loose button but not threads hanging
off as original did. Shop very helpful, and as arranged
with online Jigsaw they refunded me the difference as coat
by now in the sale. No refund for the postage
£4.50, as yet! - i decided to take it to a shop
so I could see and try the coat on - so the 'hassle free'
internet shopping back fired! just very disappointing, and
waste of time.

important to us that we know when we do things wrong and
when there is a problem with a product.
Just so you know how seriously we take your comments, this issue has been reviewed today by our Head of Production, Head of Logistics, Head of E-commerce, Retail Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager. None of this however is much use to you now. You should expect to receive items from us in perfect condition, and you should expect us to deal with problems more effectively than we did here. Thank you for letting us know where we did things right along the way, we will learn lessons from where we did not. I will, of course, contact you directly to arrange for your postage refund. |

Rather old-fashioned, fabric/texture looks
cheap, too many buttons
This is the second coat and both suffer from similar problems. Look more like my granny's outfits in her late 70th. |

Have used the coat once and already fabric
showing signs of pilling. Given the price I don't think this
is acceptable. Really disappointed since this is a beautiful coat.

This is not an issue we have experienced a lot
with this coat and i'm really sorry for the inconvenience
caused by this. Would it be possible to get this item into a
store for inspection?
