back to topWhy do some pages of the site seem to display incorrectly in my browser?
This site has been designed to be standards compliant. These standards ensure that the site will be easy to use, and display well on all current and future browsers. Unfortunately some older browsers incorrectly interpret these standards, meaning that they have problems displaying the page as intended.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 for Windows has particular problems. You can sometimes remedy this by using the refresh button on your browser or if this doesn't work, you can download an upgrade for your browser from microsoft.

The Mozilla and Firebird browsers.
The Opera browser.
Bear in mind that no matter what browser you use, we have ensured that you are still able to browse and purchase from the Jigsaw site, even if it doesn't display as intended.

The Autumn Winter 2006 look book is built in "Flash" this enables us to use animation and video to create a more dynamic user exerience. You may not be seeing the content due to a missing plug-in. The Flash plug-in is a free download from Macromedia and is available for most web browsers.

Can I order by telephone?
Yes. Jigsaw-online.com is not intended to be a fully automated online commerce site, items that are in stock in our stores can be arranged for postal sales through our Customer Services Department on 020 8392 5656. Please telephone us during office hours or send an email to enquiries@jigsaw-uk.co.uk. If you are calling from outside the UK, we may be able to accept your order and, if so, we will confirm the level of postage charged and process your order by phone. Please note that you may be charged local taxes and duties which are not included in our prices.
