I also used customer services and they were
absolutely outstanding - they tracked down trousers to match
the jacket in the Tumbridge Wells store. I then spoke to the
staff there and they arranged for the trousers to be posted
to me - they arrived the very next day. The staff I dealt
with really went the extra mile and I was blown away by the
fantastic level of customer service I received
