An essential part of a team at the front of a luxury high street brand, dealing with customers, their orders, their queries and anything in between to ensure first class service is delivered at all times. This is a varied role and it is essential you can build relationships internally and be proactive in ensuring a customer gets what they need.

There will be plenty of opportunity for the right candidate to step and work closely with the Customer Service Manager in taking responsibility for the teams operation during defined periods.

  • To deal with customer order queries.
  • Placing customer orders and advising customers on products.
  • Develop a trusting relationship with Royal Mail to resolve queries and lost parcels.
  • Issuing vouchers and VAT order refunds, exchanges and gifts.
  • Ensuring that security policies are followed and payments are dealt securely.
  • To work closely with Retail Operations to team to establish and resolve problems.
  • Ensuring payments and orders are dealt with in a secure and timely fashion. To run basic fraud checks.
  • Answering and handling customer calls as well as dealing with customer emails.


  • Energetic and flexible with good teamwork attitude.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer service role at store level (head office experience is a bonus).
  • Experience in excellent written and verbal customer communications.
  • Strong Microsoft Offices Skills particularly work and excel.
  • Good online knowledge and understanding of online shopping.

This role will manage the on time delivery of the product range from sampling to bulk production and ensuring the product range is both commercial and profitable and that delivers the brand strategy in terms of meeting margin, standardisation of fit, quality levels, and that is delivered on time to maximise profit and sales.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in buying as well as previous hands on buying and/or retail experience. You should have strong analytical, numerical and IT skills as well as exceptional team working skills. The candidate must be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise.

  • To achieve sample deliveries and sign off dates and intake margins.
  • To maximise sales and profit whilst minimising risk.
  • Ensures correctly priced merchandise that meets the target margin.
  • Ensures deliveries are on time, quality standards are assured and margin targets are achieved. Increase sales opportunity for individual stores.
  • Ensure knowledge of the target customer.

We are currently looking for a Buy Admin Assistant to join our team. This role will provide administration support to the Buying function by managing the purchase order system, critical path and product management and storage. The role largely focuses on setting up styles within Dynamics, ensuring product information, tickets and prices are correct.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in buying as well as previous hands on buying and/or retail experience. You should have strong analytical, numerical and IT skills as well as exceptional team working skills. The candidate must be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise.

  • Create product style numbers with all attribute information and bar codes.
  • Scan sketches into dynamics.
  • Send Purchase Orders and tickets to suppliers.
  • To order in good time any additional samples required for meetings such as best sellers, stock to store, swots, range reviews, rack-ups and retail presentations where the entire range is to be represented.
  • Manage press sample ordering and handover liaising with press. Ensuring that all samples/hero pieces are ready for handover deadlines. To be able to suggest sub samples where correct samples unavailable and to escalate any issues to PD.
  • To take ownership over preparation for meetings as directed by PD (pressing, correct hangers, sub samples/sketches/swatches etc).
  • Dynamics management – to process all of departments purchase orders, product set-up, suppler set-up, emailing PO’s and housekeeping. To obtain PD’s sign off for PO’s in good time for ordering of epos and emailing PO’s.
  • To file, store and be responsible for the whereabouts of all buying boards.
  • Sending of packaging instructions and manuals to new suppliers.
  • Manages courier parcels, sending and receipt.

To oversee promotional activities for the Jigsaw and Bluebird brands including planning seasonal strategies, new product launches, press events, and internal communications. To develop close relationships with the brand and product teams (Marketing, Visual, Merchandising, Design, and Retail) and external media/press/opinion formers to support brand exposure and the growth of the business. To deliver all within budget.

  • Develop strategic communications across the Jigsaw Group inc The Shop at Bluebird.
  • Liaise with marketing and social media team, ensuring content is in line with press strategy.
  • Lead the critical path and be a key point of contact with Press and Opinion Formers.
  • Build great relationship with wider Marketing Team to support press coverage, customer events and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure complete understanding of the collections and products being promoted / ‘pushed’ and creatively translates the strategy to ensure it is delivered.
  • Oversee seasonal/ad hoc press releases and generates ideas for creative press content.
  • Creation of a press/marketing calendar for the brand with flexibility for creative/ trend response.
  • Develops seasonal promotional gift ideas / brand extensions for marketing / press events e.g. Christmas.
  • Develop and garner relationships with all International Partners
  • Responsibility for evaluations including ROI
  • Build on existing relationships with key media and establish new contacts for the Group
