  • Daily communication as Jigsaw representative, having a thorough knowledge of the brand and licensed product areas with strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external colleagues.
  • Responsible for developing licensed product; sunglasses, optical, women’s apparel, home and tech accessories, underneath the guidance of Licensing & Business Development Director.

In 2008 Jigsaw embarked on a journey to implement MS Dynamics NAV and today supports over 200 users/devices spanning Finance, Payroll, Merchandising, Warehousing, Stock Control and Point of Sale. We are currently operating MS Dynamics NAV 2009 Classic on a Windows Server 2003 / SQL Server 2005 platform but have exciting plans to upgrade to 2013 RTC, Windows Server 2012 and SQL 2014 over the next 18 months and so there’s no shortage of things to do.

  • Simply put, the aim of this role is to help the business & our users to get the most out of our MS Dynamics NAV system and includes the following key responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Design and buying teams, playing an integral role in the development process providing accurate technical information for all new style developments and ensuring that the garments are to the Jigsaw standard.

  • Garment testing, and wash care approval and sign off prior to production.
  • Approval of pre-production and production samples to ensure highest commercial standard.
  • Advise Production Manager/ Buyer and immediately should any critical problems arrive during either the sampling or production process
  • Factory visits as required to implement and monitor product and quality standards and critical path.
  • Quality inspection of all pre-shipped samples.
  • Responsibility for the supply base achieving and maintaining a quality throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Responsibilities for collating technical and quality control feedback from customers/stores/web feedback.

  • Arrange key activities and meetings to meet agreed critical path dates e.g. fits, seals and sign offs. Ensures on time delivery of the range.
  • Have pricing and margin sign off in collaboration with Merchandising team, and collaborate on quantities and markdowns with Merchandising team.
  • Ensure Jigsaw store visits are carried out to gain an understanding of the Jigsaw customer and their requirements ideally spend some time working in a store. Ensure knowledge of the target customer.
  • Make the day to day decisions, ensuring the B&M Director is regularly updated.


  • Proven experience in a key fashion brand retailer.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Highly PC literate, Advanced Excel.
