Part two of our Autumn Winter 16 collection is inspired by two dimensional views expressed through the lens of a photographer’s camera. So this season, we worked with The National Film and Television School (NFTS) to set students a challenge: to create a short film that celebrates our belief in Style & Truth.

Blown away by the response, we commissioned our favourite four, and the winning film premieres in Everyman cinemas across the country this month. Discover more about each film and watch their creative works…

THE WINNER:
TEACH A MAN TO FISH

Directed by Tom Day, produced by Ian Packard, cinematography by Daniel Atherton

A fashionable greenhorn (the newest crewman) has found his way to a crab fishing trawler on the English coast. Predictably at first, the fashionable addition to the boat doesn’t fit in, but his work ethic is strong. As the greenhorn learns from the crew, the crew’s attitude and luck start to change.
