an introduction to the newest addition to the Jigsaw family
We’ve got a little something special up our sleeve — namely a new concept store and London-based flagship. Take a first peek behind closed doors and witness the beginning of a radical new departure for Jigsaw.
Set in the heart of W1 on London’s prestigious Duke Street, the Duke St. Emporium will house a premium range of brands from The Shop at Bluebird, our Chelsea sister boutique, as well as being Jigsaw’s new West End outpost.
The Duke St. Emporium will also be home to a carefully curated collection of books, art and installations. Visitors will even have the opportunity to get a truly unique, behind-the-scenes look at the inner workings of Jigsaw. #watchthisspace
No more meeting outside a bustling underground station. Soon you’ll have a central London meeting place to kick off your Saturday shopping expedition or find an inner-city refuge after work. Did we mention that we’ve also teamed up with a serious up-and-comer in the London coffee scene? With something new around every corner, the Duke St. Emporium will become our contemporary foot forward as we blaze a new trail in the Jigsaw story.
We look forward to properly introducing you soon.

Hi, I bought a wool top from your Melbourne store in March, and after one wash (as directed on label) it now has a stretched neckline and is completely out of shape! I unfortunately don't have the receipt, but would like to know if there is anything you can do to help me rectify this problem?
From tomorrow, the first day of our official guest bean starts at our Jigsaw cafe. How it works, every month we offer a new coffee from a different region of the world from the top roasters in the UK and abroad. We aim to lay on a coffee not available locally, or in some cases, anywhere in the country. Kicking it off tomorrow is the Finca El Bosque from Nicaragua and roasted in the UK by our superlative suppliers, Rave Coffee; a micro-lot single origin, meaning the beans are a very limited harvest from one farm. Just ask your barista for the guest bean when you visit! Read more here and learn why we put so much into serving this coffee as the farmers and roasters intended http://ravecoffee.co.uk/collections/espresso-coffee/products/nicaragua-finca-el-bosque-micro-lot
