Nothing says spring like white jeans. But how do you wear them? Kim Turkington of Love Cloth shows us how…
Walk into the Jigsaw office and you’re likely to bump into at least three women wearing the Hoxton white jean. And that’s before you’ve made it past reception. One particular person has been wearing hers with style and sass, so it was only right that we asked social media manager and Love Cloth blogger Kim to tell us how to wear white jeans.
“White denim will always make an appearance in my spring wardrobe. Last year, I wore skinnies, but this time round I’m introducing wide-leg shapes.”
“Layering is a big factor when I wear my jeans for spring. Weather in the UK is hit or miss, so pairing my white jeans with a loafers and a long coat means I won’t look out of place if the weather takes a turn – and I’m less likely to get them dirty.”
“Choosing colours to wear with a white jeans outfit is a little bit trickier than some of the other washes in my wardrobe. I tend to stick to neutrals like camel and navy, or if I’m feeling really risky, head-to-toe white.”
“I usually wear a mini cross-body bag with my Hoxtons [Jigsaw jeans]. I find that it balances out the wide leg.”
