I would have loved to ordered 2 pillow cases
but there was only 1 in stock, which means I will have to
pay postage again, when more stock arrives which is very disappointing

Fine when things go right as with delivery of
shorts but very poor when they don't as with the
£200 bedlinen order which was supposedly sent
'Recorded/ Special Delivery' and yet did not arrive or could
be traced. Providing a tracking number would reduce the
uncertainty in the customer's mind as to when to make an
enquiry as to the whereabouts of an item. To be told
initially that it would take a further 3-4 working days to
resend the lost item (a full week after they were 1st
posted) and then later to be informed that there was no
further stock (and therefore I would be refunded) leaves me
doubting that I would trust in ordering through 'Jigsaw
Online' again.

I am so sorry that you had such an bad experience. We do hope in the future to integrate the tracking number into your email confirmation but in the mean time, we always have a record of this so please do ask. It is very rare for items to go missing and I can only apologise that this happened.
